             The orchid are a diverse and widespread family of flowering plants with bloooms that are often colourful and fragrant commonly known as the orchid family.

How to Reblooming of orchid

  • When orchid stop blooming begin fertilizing it every other week with a balanced houseplant fertilizer (20-20-20) mixed at half strength. Do not water just add ice orchid with 3 ice cubes on the weeks you fertilize your plants.
  • Move orchid to a cooler environment where night time temperature are between 55 and 65 degree F .until a new flower spike emerges.
Return your plants to its usual location and continue watering with 3 ice cubes once a week.

How to cutting orchid plant
Cut a stem on your orchid at least 12 inches long near the base using pruning shears or a sharp knife . divided the stem into several 3 to 4 inch section.making sure each segment has a dorman bud.

Orchid need six thing to bloom
  1. Light
  2. Water
  3. Fertilizer 
  4. Air movement
  5. Humidity
  6. Proper temperature
